Refund Policy

Low-ticket digital diagnostics and scan packs are generally non-refundable once automated generation, delivery, or substantial processing has begun, because they involve digital strategy output and automation costs.

Duplicate or Failed Orders

If you were charged twice, used the wrong email, or checkout failed after payment, contact support and include the payment email, business name, and approximate purchase time.

Higher-Scope Work

Automated Utility, Full Strategic Growth, and premium work may require owner review and scoping. Refund or credit handling depends on whether work has begun, what was delivered, and any separate agreement.

No Outcome Refunds

Refunds are not provided because a client did not achieve a particular revenue, profit, ranking, ad approval, or business outcome.
